This plane design was part of the Luftwaffe’s Jägernotprogramm (emergency fighter program) and while no German examples were built the Soviets built one underpowered example using the Argus As109-044 for propulsion.
The Soviet plane crashed during a test flight, of which it was towed into flight by a captured Ju-88.
