Beretta BM59 MkIII ‘Truppe Alpine’ rifle
Manufactured by Fabbrica d'Armi Pietro Beretta in Briesca, Italy for the Italian army between 1959 and 1990.
7,65x51 NATO 20-round removable box magazine, gas operated select fire, folding stock and bipod, flash suppressor/rifle grenade launcher.
One of these classy post-WW2 wooden assault rifle, this one is based on the M1 Garand.
SARCO had these (with some minor differences) and I really wanted one, but I ended up with a Gewehr 43 instead…ok two of them.
