This column of July-September 1944 production StuG.III Ausf. G has has a unique set of spaced armor plates added to the sides of the superstructure in place of the standard Schürzen. The gunners seat can be seen laying on the (left)forward edge of the roof. They are otherwise unremarkable except for the standard Bosch headlight fitted to the Notek light base on the glacis.
