Thank you, that is very kind of you to say. I guess now I have finally settled down from that seemingly pro-rape troll. It just angered me so much and it doesn’t help that it is nearing the 4 years since my cousin was brutalized. As far as being a real man, that isn’t for me to say. I just try and live like a decent human, and I stumble like everybody else. As far as my gal being the lucky one, I think that is the other way around, no woman I’ve met before has treated me as well as she does. She really is one of the kindest, sweetest, intelligent, modest, and most endearing people I know of. I don’t just say that because of our relationship, I say that because anybody who has spoken to her knows. I am just really lucky in a sense to have the friends, family and a Lady who care for me.
But thank you for understanding and enjoying my little part of the blogging world.
M.
I am too shy to show my face, but I want you to know I have followed you for a long while now. When I first started it was because you posted wonderful pictures and in depth information on various men and women in the history of world conflicts. Now you have a life long follower for being a wonderful human being and for being a REAL man. A man who is not scared to wear his heart on his sleeve. If only you knew how beautiful you are as a man. Your gal is a very lucky woman.

M38
The M1938 helmet incorporated four hollow-bore spanner bolts (with screws and hexagonal washers) in favor of the three split-tailed rivets found on the M1937. The liner system was completely redesigned with heavy rubber padding on the sides and crown with an improved aluminum liner band ring. Later models incorporated a zinc plated steel ring instead of aluminum. Helmet sizing was achieved by varying the thickness of the rubber padding in the appropriate sized helmet shell. The support lining was now constructed out of two pieces of leather sewn together in the center in which twelve holes were cut to allow for venting.
The M1938 helmet was constructed in four different centimeter shell sizes (64, 66, 68, 71). The shell was stamped with four holes where the lining could be attached to the helmet shell using spanner-bolts. Original examples are stamped with “ET” or “ckl” representing both trademarks used by the Thale manufacturing facility. No other revisions to the basic design were introduced after 1938. Early helmets bore a double decal configuration consisting of the Luftwaffe eagle and the National tricolored shield of Germany. The German Army (Heer) also used the standard Armed Forces Eagle insignia (Wehrmachtsadler) for a very short time before being integrated into the Luftwaffe.

Rear shot of Panther 424 of I./Pz.Rgt.26 shows the covers on the engine deck made from 5mm thick Schürzen and were a Waffenamt authorized field modification from December 1944 to increase protection from artillery and strafing aircraft. The crew have gone to some effort to camouflage their Panzer with large swathes of foliage on the rear and chicken-wire on the turret. This Panzerkampfwagen V “Panther” Sd.Kfz.171 Ausf.G (Fgst.Nr. How much does Saudi Arabia hate women? So much so that 15 girls died in a school fire in Mecca in 2002, after “morality police” barred them from fleeing the burning building — and kept firefighters from rescuing them — because the girls were not wearing headscarves and cloaks required in public. And nothing happened. No one was put on trial. Parents were silenced.
“barred them from fleeing the burning building”
that’s motherfucking ridiculous and murder if not something worse. For fucks
that’s fucking torture man
I don’t even WANT to know what those girls were thinking/feeling
jesus motherfucking christ

Death In June & Boyd Rice - Paradise Of Perfection
Man is unhappy because he knows,
because he feels, in general, that the world in which he lives, of which he
is a part, is not what it should be; not what is could be; not what, in
fact, it was at the dawn of time, before decay set in. He cannot
wholeheartedly accept the world as his, especially not accept the fact that
it is going from bad to worse (be glad). However much he may try to be a
realist, and snatch from destiny whatever he can, when he can, still an
invincible yearning for the better remains at the bottom of his heart; he
cannot, in general stomach the world as it is.

An ancient tale is told
Of how the gods
Having stolen from man his divinity
Met in council to discuss where they should hide it
One suggested that it be carried to the other side of the earth and buried
But it was pointed out that some men are great wanderers
And that they might find the lost treasure on the other side of the earth
Another proposed it be dropped into the depths of the sea
But the same fear was expressed
That man, in his insatiable curiosity, might dive deep enough to find it even there
Finally, after space of silence, the oldest and wisest of the gods said
Hide it in man himself
Because that is the last place he will ever think to look for it

The alert was given and SS-Panzer-Abteilung 101 marched towards the front in Normandy. This photo was taken on the morning of 7.6.1944 on the N316 highway between Bézu-la-Forêt and Morgny. Here we can see SS-Oberscharführer Jürgen Brandt at the turret of Tiger ‘223.’ Though no planes are visible in the sky, the hull machine-gun have been placed on the anti-aircraft ring on the commanders cupola and the muzzle breaks have been covered to prevent dust from getting in.

For the first day of the Allied landings 21st Panzer operated alone. Hampered by enemy air attacks, it managed to find and engage British Paratroop forces at Ranville. The division gave the British a hard fight until it received orders to withdraw in the late morning.

The Divisional insignia on the right rear fender clearly shows it belonging to the 12 SS Panzer Division.
Being a PzKpfw IV it must belong to II Abteilung and the 837 on the turret further identifies it as being tank number 7 from the Third Platoon of the 8th Company.

A Flakpanzer 38(t) probably belonging to the 12th SS Panzer Division, knocked out in Normandy.
On 6 June 1944, the Western Allies launched Operation Overlord, the invasion of Normandy. The 12th SS Division, along with the 21.Panzer-Division, was the closest Panzer divisions to the landing beaches, but they were unable to move until they got authorization from Hitler. The 12th SS was not ordered to the front until 1430 hours on 6 June, sixteen hours after the first reports of the landings. Prior to this Field Marshal Gerd von Rundstedt had ordered over half of the division to deal with a parachute landing on the coast near Lisieux which were found to be dummies from Operation Titanic. Kurt Meyer’s SS Panzergrenadier Regiment 25 and Max Wünsche’s SS-Panzer-Regiment 12 were the lead elements of the Division as it started for Normandy from their base to the west of Paris and South of Rouen.
